I'm aware there are many reasons for it (why people become depressed)...But how do you snap out of it..How do you stop asking the doctor for happy pills..How do you gain control of you life.Become independant and full of zest after staring into an azbyss and wanting to top yourself?Perosnally I've never felt that way, I've always given myself a reason the night before to get up with a smile on my face the following day. Sometimes it's difficult (especially at the moment), but I'll always find something to laugh about...I don't know if some people have 'stronger moral fiber' than others or it's DNA related...
But the Q. is how do you snap out of it? Or is there a magic cure....
