This is the first time I have switched mine on, cause this guy wanted to chat, and I thought Why not?.... thru CS should be okay.
After a short chat he got disconnected (which was the problem with my side before and why I switched it Off) ... So today he comes back online, and asks me " Do you love me?" I tell him "Does he think I`m a flippin idiot?" .... so he says "So, you are not romantic?.. Sorry to bother you" ... and off he goes.
Now .... is this IM stuff always so full of weirdos?
Does anyone normal use it?

I've only used it a couple of times when some cute spammer has 'hit' on me.
I love them all!
Nah.............. if I have a friend I'd rather have a chat in msn messenger or yahoo messenger or even Skype (if they insist) - all of these free programmes allow you to speak clearly without having to type your fingers to the bone!
A simple stick microphone and speakers is much easier to talk with than many telephones......... plus the cost of speaking is totally a zero marginal cost as you're already paying for your internet connection
(unless you drop into some free wifi spot like my son used to do) - mind you walking around with huge speakers and a stick mic attached to a laptop would make me look a little crazy, but 'wtf' - I am!

I use my webcam all the time when chatting with friends on Skype or whatever. It's a nice feature to have, to be able to see the person at the other end.
I keep the IM thingy off on here though, I don't wanna see any of the things people describe. Only had a couple of nice chats here when I was asked in email, nothing weird or perverted, thankfully.

yeah i use the web cam for that type of chat of cs also but yeah ive had an eyefull on here way to may times
....well yur a lucky boy coz yeah ive heard a few weired things women do to for men on there... i even had a women ..who i was just chatting with because she said she lived in the nxt town to me and after 2 minuites she took her top off ..i mean wtf is wrong with these ppl ...
