What`s your style of indoor decor? Do you have a particular style...? Are you happy with your way of decorating where you live ....?... or you just happy to have a bed to sleep in, something to cook on, and a roof to keep you dry?

Have you actually gotten around to satisfying yourself with how your home is decorated?... Or are there things you would like to change?

As I’ve moved for a couple of months ago, and have been hospitalized 3 days after that, so all my indoor décor consists of boxes and sacks. grin

And yes, it is to be changed!

I like the roof over head, the bed to sleep in and food. decorating is a low priority. I am comfortable with my room , but it sure isnt a thing of beauty. when I do eventually sell this home, I will leave everything behind except my favorite tennis equipment. Brucedunno

I let women decide that kinda stuff............. trouble is, with so many women messing with my brain lately, the villa is a real mess of different tastes.

I quite like the thongs hanging from the chandeliers though............ adds a certain touch of 'je ne sais quoi'!

Women!

I love 'em! smitten

After 25 years of living in Victorian houses, was a joy to move into a brand new place when I came here. No decorating to do, no repairs, no holes in the roof. Got rid of years of clutter and now very minimalistic.

I love decorating and consider it a hobby.

I am in no way houseproud though, and my various 'unfinished' projects often clutter the place..
A permanent problem.. rollers

Also I keep changing my mind about what I want to do.. dunno

...sooo: whoever ends up living with me will have to put up with that,.. um roll eyes

Hoi Heidi!!!!!

So - you forgotten, sort-of, whats in the boxes? I lived like that once, and to open each box and find "myself" was a wonderful eperience. Amazing how we define ourselves by our things we own/have colected/made.

Furniture ..... do you have furniture? Do you like the furniture you own? Or you want to buy something different now?

Robert 007 ... you are SO facetious! Thongs on the chandelier and wine cellar in vehicle!!!!!!

I know you have a magnificent villa on a tropical island .... lace curtains waft in the breeze of the open floor to ceiling shutters ..... balconies off every room ...... magnificent views of the ocean from the roof-top garden .....

You even have an automatic LIFT and dont have to use the stairs!!!

If I win the Euro Lotto this week may I buy your villa?grin

Yes, you gotta live with clutter first - to appreciate minimalistic, I think?

Minimalistic is my ideal ..... lots of space .... for the energy to flow!

To me - something has to have a FUNCTION - not be merely ornamental..... Like windchimes ... I bought 2 this week, for only .50 euro cents each! .... they do function .... my excuse was ... nah, I can`t say it ... you know what windchimes are for, hey?wink grin .... like my two little ceramic tortoises that cling by their claws to the side of the pot plant?

Conrad, dear Conrad, EYE CANDY is a busty blone bimbo lying on your couch!

It is going to be my 8th move, I am talking about one country to the next, believe me furniture will just come along, once I am there I will wonder about stuff that might be missing. Just arrived back from Hamburg to Lisbon today, still very hot here!

Thank God for planes, but will be happy not to see one for a few weeks.

First box that will be opened....winter clothes, not my favourite...lol. Will tell you if I find any forgotten things!teddybear
