Yes it sure has..negativeity that is.It's sad to see/read it all.
Those wonderful words you just posted couldn't had come at a better time.Thank you.
I like it! We take things for granted sometimes. At one time, my sister and I were not close. We hardly ever talked. When we both lost our jobs at the plant, we started calling one another to discuss things that needed to be done to prepare for school.
When people speak about us losing our jobs being so bad, I tell them I have a sister now. We speak several times a week. We are in Phi Theta Kappa together. This weekend we are going to help out with Habitat for Humanity in building a house for someone.
I know that being laid off was a bad thing, but so many good things have come from it. I welcome the experience.
somechick: I know and used to listen to that song when I was in my 20s.
Me Too, Just a Few Days Ago
I also see the Negativity, and at times as Naturally, sometime even get DRAWN into it, Or At Times I will say something that someone Needs to hear, tho I know it will Get to someones NERVE, but if NEEDS SAID, I will stand a sow the seed.....
But time say something that backfires too.... so we learn on here too, ha

Agreed. Oftentimes we can easily overlook the good because of the bad that's been happening. But such as your situation, good came out of something bad. While it is sad that you were laid off, I'm glad you had the opportunity to make amends with your sister.

When I read the part about; "To realize The value of one-second: Ask a person who has survived an accident." I thought about you, Dawn. I hope your recovery is going great!

I know I've probably stepped on some nerves myself but I mean no one any harm.Sometimes my fingers jump way ahead of my brain sometimes.LOL!!
I feel that all the negativity that's displayed here takes away from the reason that we're actually all here.
