I will be 59 this year and I am feeling like I am getting over the hill now. My legs do not work like I would want them too and cannot do what I used to love to do.

Anyone else feel like they are over the hill now?conversing

I miss going for walks around the neighbourhood and just walking through the mall. Now I get too tired and half to sit down all the time or the pain gets too bad.

If it is Leg Pain, better consult a Doctor, could be partially blocked Arteries.
And if they're blocked in the Leg,there will be blockages in the Heart and other places.
Need to consult a Doctor very soon!uh oh

No it was I had to stop doing things as my legs would not bend or my hips from arthritis. I was doing fine until they pulled the medicine off the market and have not found one that does the same since.

Well Kitty, ones physical health will undoubtedly have an effect as to whether one feels "over the hill". Much younger people with health problems will feel the same I´m sure. On th flipside, much older people than you in relatively good health will not.

Get swimming on a regular basis, that is the best exercise for tired and aching joints.

My body started to give my trouble with doing things when I was 34. We can't pick our gene pool so I do what I can. It is like this, I use to be driven, but I pulled over. rolling on the floor laughing

Hi, I am 49..been told I look less, but to me what over the hill is only what you and your physical body can handle. I do think that you should have your legs checked out though..you might even have bad flow of blood, anyway the only way to get a real man is to get out into the real world..so my advice is to take care of ur health first..(your legs) then get out there and meet someone..you would be surprised how you would feel if you got urself made up, do the hair, shave the you know what, paint the nails, you know the whole shabang. ok...good luck

Your lucky Ali, at 27 I started getting more sore and noticing my body not recovering like it did. Granted I suffer from bronchial spasms (was diagnosed last year) and didn't realize how much oxygen deprivation was effecting me.

With an otherwise healthy person I could agree, but when someone is struck with a disease that deterioriates the body, it takes a stronger will to go on. frustrated
