I think for my own I`d class it under the section entitled "Humour and Comedy".....
and maybe the title would be something like .... ................. ...........nope, can`t think of a title yet ........ .... Will work on it while I sleep.....

smoky: If you could write the story of your life ..... What Title would you choose?
Actually - also - what classification would you put it under...?
SERIOUSLY NOW .... no joking.....
The title would be..... Good guys rarely win.
The classification would have to be "fact"
The foreword....... How one guy goes through life doing the best he can, for his friends and family. Hard working, and intelligent, but just never quite able to find the end of the rainbow.
How honesty never got him anywhere, and how the true values in life are eaten up and spat out by the bad guys. How, being a good, honest guy got him nowhere, other than being ridiculed.
On the other hand the story of a guy poor in monetary terms, but rich in life, wealthy in friends and family. Someone, honest true and straight and proud to be where he is !!

Gosh, that all sounds quite sad.
You know, I don´t know ANY "good" guys who have a crappy life. Only "bad" guys, or guys who have made poor choices seem to have problems. I don´t really buy this mantra so often heard here about the "good" guys being left behind.
As for me, it would have to be "How to change your life for the better in four stages". Divorce, new career, travel. It worked for me. I know that´s only three! The fourth comes a little later, if one is lucky...meeting somebody to share it with. However, that fourth stage often isn´t the deal breaker most people seem to think it is, rather the icing on the cake.... if, that´s what one is looking for.

Funny you should say that.
Divorce is on the way.... looking to change my career, and have been travelling a lot in the last year.
I am even looking to change my country of residence.
I am a good guy and when I look at my life, I am really quite proud of what I have done with it and the icing on the cake for me are my two boys.
So, no I am not sad, just tired of the games people play. !

If there isnt some bad and ugly then one hasnt lived. It is all apart of life. If it was all perfect all the time then it would be pretty boring. You can learn and grow from all lifes experiences be it the good bad or ugly. I agee that dwelling on all the negative stuff isnt healthy, Learn from it and go on to the next adventure. Stay focused on the negative and you shrivel up and die. That will be alone. Bruce
