Morning mug of coffee please..... and some conversation?

I have begun to hate cats! Found a dead bird lying outside ...... these damn cats are so well fed .... and they still gotta kill birds! Used to have lots of birds in the garden - now nary a one! Poor little things have to stay away from these stalking jungle creatures that kill for fun!

Why do people have cats?confused they destroy all the wild-life!

Hey Phoenix, how are you doing lately?

I'm afraid I couldn't wait, so I just HAD to serve myself some Irish Whiskey to fend off the cold temperature, yet again, tonight!

About to put my feet up, though I know it will be curtains for me if I do!uh oh

Anyone wanna join me to watch "Under the Tuscan Sun"? I just borrowed it along with "Mamma Mia".

I think the cats just like the challenge, it's kind of a game for them, rather than setting out to kill as such.

Hi Cuspo, you can hear a pin drop in this placeuh oh

Yes, bring on spring in SA.! applause

The lorikeets are chirping away on the ol' river gum outside, and the sun is peeking just enough for me to go hang up some washing.

Ah, cold though it may soon become, there is something magical about the first snowfall of the season. I had the privelge of seeing this once in Italy in '96. Waking up to snow sprinkled tree boughs was unforgetable.

You are quite the Romantic, C.

Well, in my case, as beautiful as it was seeing the first snowflakes fall, I could only share it with my mother and 10 year old son at the time. laugh
