Nothing happens to me in dribs and drabs.. its always been all or nothing.. usually i can handle it ok , but the stress currently from the job from physical and mental exhaustion( the problems im having at work - management related ) is making me ill , and i cant take time off to de-stress.. and get back up to 100%. also , we can ad to this , i have a big driving event i have already paid for happening 1st november , and the motor for my car ( seems as i damaged the last one a month ago at the drags ) is still sitting on the garage floor 1/2 assembled , and my work days are getting longer ( geez i know how to winge dont i ? )
