If I understood right – in your terms you are not a rich man, ie you cannot buy 5 cars or house á 100 rooms. Hence, you can’t know what you would and what you wouldn’t do if you were rich (in your terms)

Being rich means to me affording a more comfortable lifestyle. I have a soft spot for magnificence. So it is not the quantity that matters to me but the quality.
Of course a magnificent house, or rather a town palace, a country house, a penthouse and a converted farmhouse are all on the list. Not five cars but as many as the occasions demand. A 4X4 for the country trips, a Ferrari for the evening party invitations, a Rolls for those special VIP invitations, and an ordinary car luke a Mercedes or Jaguar for the daily errands, oh and a Smart for city parking.

As to whether she loves me or my money, I would have to make sure she loves me for who I am, and I will give her whatever I have in return....so she still gets it all!!

Oh okay, cars are not important, as long as there`s enough of them for everyone and most situations.
100 rooms is a bit excessive - I think 20 bedrooms with en suites is quite enough - should some guests want to stay overnight or for a few weeks.
Two entertainment lounges is enough too...one formal and one casual.
The ballroom is essential, as is the raised balcony for the orchestra - so is the kitchen and larder and butlers pantry. And the laundry. The seperate drying room is also essential - you cant launder 40 duvets and linens for 20 bedrooms and hang it on the line outside!
The garages are under the house and there is plenty enough space for the grandkids to rollerblade in bad weather, even with the cars all parked there.
Also most essential is the garden shed for parking the lawnmowers and other gardening tools.
The poolroom is also essential as it provides comfort to swimmers and ease to change, shower, and shelter during very hot weather, and the controls for raising/lowering the glass dome over the pool.
