FOX "news" is NOT news they admitted it themselves to get out of a lawsuit they are classified as "entertainment" not news so they do not have to back up their reports with actual facts

I, in turn, respectfully disagree with you too...Any news channel will be slanted towards the political affiliations of the owners. In an attempt at some sort of balance, I would suggest watching CNN, BBC, and Al Jazeera, plus read a newspaper like The Herald Tribune....jmo.

If FOX is another part of the Republican party and obviously the Democrats have a clear majority in elected offices, why then does FOX have more viewers than any of the other networks? Beck is an avowed Libertarian, so why doesn't FOX terminate him? Jeraldo is an unabashed liberal, so why doesn't FOX fire him?
A lot of what FOX airs does not even receive mention on the other networks unless it becomes a big issue somewhere down the line. Even BBC has a better news program than most of the domestic networks and reports on many things they don't....But,the domestic networks are all over the important things like H1N1, runaway ballons and how masterfully the first lady tends her organic garden.

No American network is real news.
And all the parties only pretend to have different agendas.
It's easier to delude people when they think they are making their own choices from a well rounded broad knowledge of the subject.

i personally think like the old saying goes. why let facts get in the way of a good story. here is an example. Texas governor rick perry may have executed an innocent man. every network has ran this story. except fox. wonder why. i know why he is a republican.

I only watch CNN when they either lie so outlandishly,
or "spin" a story in an overtly slanted way that I
find it hard to believe unless I actually see and
hear it myself...
and .. without going into detail..
in my career.. I was involved in an "incident"
(of international repercussions.. of which we
ACTUALLY we watching CNN "report" the complete
oppisite of what was actually happening at the time
in which WE were the news makers,,
)
That alone was MY "turning point"..
I now am just one man and
the world turns with or without me..
I am content to watch, critique, debate,
and complain about others "making the news".
and thankful I will be dead of old age before
we (us humans) destroy ourselves..

I watch Fox News, not because I agree with it, but because I wanted to know if they were really fair and balanced. They are not and show very little news.
Other than Balloon Boy the other day and and a breaking news story here and there, they just keep with five stories over and over again. The only one that really differs from everyone else on this channel is Glen Beck. He is a straight loon.
As for everybidy else, they just push desent against liberal ideas. They claim to be fair and balanced and do have some from the left on, but are hardly fair to them. They always question and cut of the opposing view and agree with and allow the view they are pushing to get their full point across.
The channel is hardly news, fair or balanced and is just a Republican outlet.
