The conspiracy people that I assume he is referring to are the ones that believe the attacks on the 11th of September were an inside job...either that the government planned it or was involved in the attacks. That there was set demolition charges in the Trade Towers, a missile hit the pentagon, the military flew planes into the trade center after replacing the hijacked ones....there are a ton of theories...I am supposing he is talking about one, more, or all of these people.

I don't think "completely crazy or high"...but I don't buy into the conspiracy theories, either.
After all, if a Senator or President or Congressman can't even keep his own affairs a secret, how could a group of people conspire to pull off such a tremendous catastrophic event without someone leaking the story?
And, more to fact, there are a number of legitimate reasons for the towers to have collapsed the way they did, for the sounds that were generated (said to sound like explosions), etc.
No, I don't buy the conspiracy theories on 9/11.
