I work out at the gym several times a week doing basically exercises on many different types of machines designed to affect every part of the body. I add biking and walking to my routine. I enjoying taking bike rides in the range of 20 miles. We have a 1.7 mile bridge between Biloxi and Ocean Springs that has a walking path on it and it raises to an elevation of 95 feet above the water. So it gives a good workout if you power walk it.

Hell at my age I am just glad to be able to move!
A friend of mine is an avid runner...but can't run anymore due to back injuries,so is thinking about taking up swimming or power walking.
