How many women have you contacted who live close to you? If there is a connection then certainly one would think that would be the easiest person to meet. The likelihood that someone is going to fly 1/2 way across the globe to meet you is slim to nil at best. So perhaps concentrate your efforts closer to home and the ultimate possibility of meeting in person.
It strikes me as well that you don't even mention having a phone conversation with anyone - have you ever even gotten to this point in your interactions with people? I'd hazard there would be a real person on the other end of the line.
As well, some of the others have mentioned putting up a good photo - give that a try because most people like to put an image to a personality and whether they admit it or not there does need to be some level of attraction.
If thus far you've had no results - I'd hazard to guess that you need to change your strategy.
