Ever though about doing some scenario analysis? Just drop it in a conversation (email, chat, whatever) an experience you had (or just make one up) and you can go based on their answer!
I know that some people have done it to me (some admitted outright to me before I even asked) and I got no problem with that! I have no problem with allowing the person to feel secure

and how does that differ from the real world?? here in this type of format yo have the opportunity to see if they can express their thoughts with complete/understandable sentences, where in the real plane of exsistence, they sure can talk it up...theres another point, those that are not big talkers in the real world can come here and sometimes make more noise than teh one who is always in teh middle of conversations on the street.
As others have said, if one catches your attention, read this post and threads if they have any, you'll find teh majority of those in CS do not use the Forums on a daily or weekly or monthly basis some just do not use forums at all... might be out of line here, but forums is where Opinionated folks can be found, much like hypocrites can be found in church.
some very smart ,intelligent kindhearted compassionate and many with the looks that are appealing they all have one thing in common OK maybe 2 they looking for someone and they have opinions
