I find myself watching passers by, if sitting outside waiting for either a bus or a friend .... as I was today in town ..... its amazing really what some folk wear on a bitterly cold December day ....

I keep my beady eye on people when I'm out and about. I don't really have time to study people people for great lengths of time anymore to see if they're bonkable or not though or if they're wearing a teeshirt in winter. Cos I'm usually dashing around like a blue @rsefly nowadays

cor never seen a blue arsed fly on a broomstick. got get up to Hull and take a butchers.
There's a small group of (cough, cough) smokers (yep, me included sometimes) that huddle near the entrance to my work building. We love people watching. They all come out of the tube station next door and probably about a third of them examine themselves in the reflective windows of our building. Then there's the ones that dress very badly, and the druggies - we try and guess what they're on! Then the tourists who always look lost.... and so on. Great fun.

It's a spectacular sight even if I say so myself Thing is you'll have to go faster than that to catch sight of me

I use to do something similar a few years back when I worked in a bar.....
Just watching people and how they interacted with each other. Today sometimes on the metro here in Sarkoville, I count how many tourists or non french people I can see....
