Tiger Woods has now admitted that his 'transgressions' are being dealt with privately with his family & that he's very sorry he acted 'against his values' - the details of his affairs are still hazy, but I think Woods will be sleeping on the pull out bed in the study for a while.
Squillions of dollars, fantastic career, beautiful wife and child.....seemingly not enough for Woods. What a mess. His sponsors have publicly agreed to stand by him today, but I wonder if they'll feel the same in 3 to 4 weeks time when more details emerge.
Why do these high profile guys take these kinds of risks? Don't they realise they might get caught? - or is that half the fun? I'd be interested to know your thoughts.

I would say that some people are getting a kick out of this, in the end it will be divorce or they will get over it ,and really it will not be the last time it happens .so i just say i have heard it all before.
Because..its human nature..simple, it really doesn't matter how much people have, they always crave something more! And it seems to be the more they have...the more they need, go figure

virgosingle: too much money ,too many temptations
This is actually an interesting point. I wonder how many women have thrown themselves at Tiger Woods, or any other famous wealthy guy? Some women can be quite ruthless in pursuing a guy, even if it is only to sell the story of their tryst to the papers later.

Yes plenty would have had a go at his almost super clean fleece and many more will get on the band wagon too!!!
Really, I cheated on my first wife....it didn't make the news, it wasn't even an issue with my friends. 55% of married couples cheat, however, they are working class, so not worth mentioning. Tiger is just a man who made a mistake. If he wasn't famous, who would care ?

Because no matter what you have LUST is something that's never satisfied it seeks a level of satisfaction that can never be filled always seeking looking thinking and finding and getting until to late time to pay

My thought is .... it is how celebrities makes public to remember them. The more scandal they rise around them the longer they remembered.

I don't believe Tiger ever professed to be Mr. Morality. He's a great golfer and unfortunately a human being. He's as capable of good and bad as any of us are.
Does it make us feel better about ourselves to see celebrities make mistakes or do we simply enjoy the misery of others because our own lives are so unfulfilling and boring?
Maybe we should give the guy a break or better yet, put ourselves in his position and think about how we would feel with all these strangers passing judgement.

Are you kidding? And what about some entertaiment in boring pop-corn gulping common human lives. They are like spiders just sitting and waiting when a next one will screw up.

Do you care about my indiscretion ?
Perhaps a better username for you would be " Paws Off "......
My main concern with this is, has he ever cheated on the golf course !!
