Hello "wisp o the night".Are you practicing for the Miss World contest?
I should cocoa - hanging about in a swimmie with loads of people taking photos? Not likely!
But honestly, I do sometimes look at all the consuming (not food, I mean STUFF) and think "Why?" Do I really need another candlestick/vase/dried flower arrangement/t-shirt? Does the person I'm buying this for really want it? Will they keep it? Will they like it? And I think that I'm ready for world peace...
The best present I gave recently was a set of family photos arranged to make a story, all annotated with information and jokes on each page for someone I know who has lost their memory. They are still looking at it every day with surprise and pleasure...
And I love things like that - personalised things like collages of the year (bus tickets, photos, programmes, flyers etc) and little hand-sewn things... especially if the stitches are really wobbly.
And of course I love anything consumable in the hampery line...
You see? Too greedy to be Miss World!

Well, I got my Christmas present for this Christmas already ....!
... A nice guy who is busy "woo-ing" me ...... hahahaaa .. such a nice change! So, darls, I got DATES for all thru the Christmas Season..... about blerry time!
... AND he lives in my village! ...and he can dance! ... AND he`s not a groper, just a really nice man - Miracles still happen!
