Ok 1st, they're prohibited according to CS policy on posting in the forums... you CAN get da'boot outta here for posting personal attacks against others if I'm not greatly mistaken!

And 2nd, if you're going to attack someone calling them "uneducated" then YOU should at least be educated enough not to have mispellings and poor grammar in your OWN postings, ESPECIALLY in your personal attack post itself! Geez! wow

Everybody has the right to their own opinions, based hopefully on their observations, life experiences, personal beliefs and at least a high school level education... you don't have to like anybody's opinion, feel free to disagree with any of mine at any time... but you should at least respect the opinions of others on here.

In my time on these CS forums I've seen repeated personal attacks made against other posters calling their education into question... while the attacker has mispellings and incorrect grammar all throughout their own post! It's happened to me overnight now finally. uh oh

Good grief Charlie Brown! People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones! professor

You don't have to disrespect somebody to disagree with them.

Regards and everybody try to have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. hug

You do make some very valid points, Michael. There are those who will continually show themselves up more and more with each and every post. What amuses me is the total oblivion to this....

If someone's not that bright, would you want to bother with them anyway?!

Good luck in what or whom you seek, my friend! handshake

I make loads of spelling mistakes as well as typos.

A person doesn't have to be well educated to be a decent person (often the reverse is the case when well-educated people think they are somehow 'better' when they are not).

Many times people are sometimes lazy and discouteous.

Often a group of people enjoy some friendly banter which CAN get a bit on the crude side and eventually in bad taste and 'over the top' - I know that I am myself often guilty.

Nice to see a post reminding us HOW we should behave and also setting us a good example.

Thank you, Michael - you are a real gentleman! thumbs up

Robert I make typos too, they happen to everybody (and can be quite funny sometimes in fact). But, I bet YOU don't go around criticizing other people's education on here, do you? There'in lies the difference.

I've seen several times in these forums where people did go criticizing somebody else's education (often with extremely harsh language) while themselves making mispellings and using incorrect grammar all over the place... that's just plain ignorant I'm sorry to have to point out. You don't go around telling others how imperfect they are unless you yourself have demonstrated nothing but perfection. professor

Let he without sin cast the 1st stone. scold

Regards and have a great Christmas Holiday!

Personal attacks have no meaning other than the reflection of the person who's doing the attack. The new world was built by uneducated people who had the right character and compassion to hope for a better life for future gerations like us. Shame on those who are so narcissistic they must resort to insulting others.
