Both forms appear correct grammatically, and both serve to tell a truth, so what's the big deal? The truths are opposites and this shows how diverse the differences can be with respect to where you place your punctuation.
The pauses affect the meaning of the sentence. So we also find that it is not just the words, but the silence between the words that relays the real meaning of the sentence.
