something?, I understand not everyone owns a camera, but it makes me wonder if they are on the up and up, as I'm getting some unusual emails. Anyway nice to be here and i enjoy this site, love the video's in comedy section...

At first, I ignored those without pics, then as I got to know a few people with and without pics, I realized, to me, it no longer means anything. If you start an interesting dialog with someone and you get curious, then ask for one, it's that simple.
I seek friendship first, so that means you don't have to be a model, movie star, or barbie, as a friend, it makes no difference what you look like to me. Now once very deep friendship is developed then I'll ask for a picture and look for chemistry, which by the way, can not be determined by a photo, you have to see the person in the real world. They can look steaming hot in a photo and them you may find that you don't have chemistry when you meet them. So, what good is a pic? It's just a bit more information..that's all.

Pics don't mean squat when deciding whether a person is genuine or not. Just because someone doesn't have one, doesn't mean anything.

I've been here for couple of months and it seems that nobody want to give a try to me..., just because I dint put my pic
no returns from some people whom I sent them flower...,even just I only send them greeting message for friendship
WEll there are some reasons why we dont put our pic...as for me..I want to keep my privacy, so is just privacy reason..not because we are bad or dont have self confidence on ourself

Can be loads of reasons people don't have apic, i don't have a camera, and can't load pics on my pc. Only way i could do it was a friens emailing them to me.

I am a little suspicious when I receive a mail from someone without a picture. I would like this person to briefly explain why and suggest he can sent me one if I'm interested in his profile. But usually, when I ask for a pic before continuing any mail discussion, I get no answer at all. What does it mean?

Well in your case... I dont see that it has something to do with either privacy reasons or lack of technology....
perhaps he doesnt have self confidence to show who is he..
But once I had experienced some what like you have one.., a man without profile pic sent me a message, he has a good will to know me...and after some email we have written, I asked him to send me a picture of him..
when his email arrived in my inbox along with his pic.., I'm so surprised..., dont have a heart to tell him that he is'nt the man I'm looking for.., he's not just my type at any points...and I dont feel any electricity(chemistry) between me and him...so didn't respond his email then and blocked him from my list
I was so guilty...,just didnt want to hurt his feeling, I believe that he is a nice man...its reflected from her pic.. , oowww..that's bad of me

Hence the reason to post a picture as it saves us from those moments when there is no chemistry.
