the nusre Im seeing is such an idoit tho..first she assumed I was a junkie an gave me the needles with no explantion how to use them then she sends me the wrong letter out telling me I only need 24 weeks when its 48..I asked her to show my daughter how to administer the injection an whilst she was showing her she went to sit down an missed the chair an nearly took my daughters eye out..
...then she forgot to give me the bin needed to disposed of the used needles...no common sense what so ever
