Not into jazz so much, but stumbled across this guy, who just blew me away with his techniques as shown in this video.
If you can get past his name, his strange accent and the fact that he bears some resemblence to David Mellor, it's well worth a watch.
He is purportedly one of the greatest jazz guitarists today, and I can believe it.
