runestone: I had an odd dating experience with someone I'd met online and dated for a while. Interesting person but unfortunately too many red flags for me. Had broken up with the guy three weeks before things got really weird.
I started receiving strange messages from his email relating to private info between he and myself. Sounded female. I wondered if he was seriously disturbed but soon discovered that another girl had hacked him and started sending messages to me (and other ladies) from his email addy.
Quite a player I guess from the sounds of it. Soon, another woman besides the 1st one was contacting me. I kept my responses quite short and felt sorry for them but definitely did not want to belong to some crazy ya ya sisterhood in recovery from the guy.
Anyone else experiencing anything off the wall on the internet dating scene?

That sound familiar...scamming...all sorts of people from the same address.

from peru who didn't undestand the native peruvian language, who said she grew up in peru but stdy english in the UK and was working in africa
and a few minutes later I got an e-mail from another one fron africa, I scanned her e-mail and it was from Regina Sask,but the IP address was from africa, probably that person uses stolen e-mails to attract people,

Scammers are preeeeety good at peddling their wares. The story goes something like this, his Philipina wife pass away, and he has a daughter. Then he tells you that he works for Exon Vivon . then move from the make believe oil well in Arkansas, then leaving at short notice to Dubai, then to please send me some money I can't get back to the US. Do these people think North American don't know geography, Do they actually think we will believe anything, and everything?

i got one hitin me up right now .the use of english is attroucious ..ok ok i cant spell and maybe im a scammer too

Some of the words they use are straight from a script well rehearse, but if you take them off guard and mention something they said before, they never said such thing.
