I'm sick and tired of all this rubbish about headshops. The biggest and probably most dangerous legal high of them all is Alcohol so why not picket the pubs?

If you don't want these 'legal highs', don't buy them, if you have children under 18, they shouldn't be served anyway. (No more than they should be in a pub.) If they are over 18, well, tough they're old enough to make their own decisions.

What they will do to these shops is hike up the tax paid on these legal substances....then watch the so-called Government take a back seat and do nothing about it

I agree that alcohol is probably the most dangerous drug out there, But these headshop are also dangerous.. its a well know fact that they are selling to under 18. Been a mum of a teenage son drugs of any form are very worrying. In my opnion the headshops are making it easier for the teenagers to get there hands on the so called legal highs. If they were really legal why are they selling some of the stuff as bath salts?

Far enough if over 18 wants buy "legal highs" thats there own choice. But most of the press about these shops are because of the teenagers buying the drugs! Just my opnion! wave

I dont agree with you about the head shops ,your saying if kids are under 18 they shouldnt be served??? What about kids that look alot older? I think if you had kid yourself you might have a diffeent take on a head shop opening up on your door step.

welcome back man, i agree 100% with you on this, i find it hard to see why people are so against them, lie i can understand why drug dealers would have an issue with them as it must be affecting there profits which is a good thing i would have thoughtdunno

well i have a kid and i would rather he didnt do any drugs, but if he is to then i'd much prefer him to go to a head shop than getting them of an unreliable source where the content and strenght can vary

I just find it hard to believe that they would decide for the peron on what and how much they need. I dont think my kids at 15 or 16 would be cable of deciding how much they would need.To say youd rather them goign into these hop than buying off a dealer is mad ones no better than the other theyre till selling drugs.

ye but are they capable of deciding how much alcohol they can drink, kids will always find a way to get there hands on drugs or beer, but like alcohol if they are going to buy it i'd rather they got it from a place where the content and strenght was known

i don't think we are, i think it's about excepting that a certain amount of people will do drugs no matter what, and atleast this way it means that criminals are not profiting as much, i think any parent would prefer there kids not to do any type of drugs, but that is out of our control to dunno
