I'm wondering if chemistry is instantaneous in any great relationship or if in can build over time. My last gf and I had INSANE chemistry from the first moment. The relationship was great in a lot of ways although, ultimatly, it failed. I have dated a little (very little) since then, Nothing. Craving that feeling, have to admit, but I wonder if it's necessary (great chemistry from the start) for a relationship to develop?

Good question: Hmmmm? I had that LUST in a couple of relationships. I know what you mean. HMOG. Couldn't get enough of him. That other thread..not going there. ohhh! scary people over there. Anyways, would be nice if a great long relationship would develop. But that was many years ago. Still looking for that, but with much more.

"Insane" or instantaneous chemistry is the best, and I know immediately if someone is going to be attractive to me...not here, I mean in real life with sight, sound and perhaps touch.
A relationship can go from moderate to better without that chemistry, but who wants moderate to better?
