Farcical, amateur over-rated rubbish with 4th rate boring, over-acting over-rated has beens in the lead roles. 
Dr Who was mildly entertaining in the 60's - Davro and his Dalek's
always had the most intellectual *character* parts and the only scripts worth remembering.

Can't remember Bobby Davro being in it though. Thought his name was Jon Peartree
