I think you can only block them if they e mail you..... You cant stop them from looking at you at all, unless your who's viewed me is truned off, in which case you cant view them, or anyone, either.

Every email you receive has an option on it to block the sender.

Just Block his/her Email and IM service to you

Looks like you might need to email this person, and hope they email you back...then BLOCK!
