Yes Mr. G. it does come naturally and if they have to think then they are no Gentlemen in my books. Its how they were raised! To respect the females, do the right thing. Not bring shame on the Parents!

And I should add that these people are looking for their self-esteems to be bolstered by being loved and accepted, but don't know, or can't face finding out, how to get that love and acceptance any other way.
