Yes actually i had those moments/days, when i thought to myself, this cannot get any tougher/worse, but didn't give up, stayed strong till things started getting beter. The smile i always had on my face helped me get through

Yep and that is the action word "lived". My mom use to always say get back up and dust your britches off and keep going on.

I am actually going through that getting back up after a fall period right now.. it's not easy but hang in there and things do get better, so i'm told...

Yeah, I had a 14 month stint of that not so long ago... Then suddenly, last September by some weird miracle everything reversed and came good again
