When you interact with others... do you consciously or subconsciously play the win/win card or do you find yourself often combating the win/lose one?

I think I interact with people fairly well. After a 25+ year work life dealing with them, it get a little easier.

p.s. If you can't deal with people, DON'T go into Customer Service!!!!!!!!!! professor

As I said in my earlier post... I play the win/win card because I think all opinions matter whether I agree with them or not...

We all want to be heard and even validated but some want to be heard at the expense of making others wrong rather than accepting difference of opinion and this is when it the win/lose card becomes evident.

Just putting it out there is all grin and hope this answers your questions cheers
