Your age (or any one elses age) shouldn't make it any more difficult in find a partener...But in the world we live in and other peoples life experiences (sometimes people have been scared emotionally,sometimes physically)..and they either put up mental barriers or become cynical..
But if smoky can find a man thingy at 60...then there's no reason why you at 54/55 can't do the same..
What I've noticed is people here and in RL are trying to hard to find something that doesn't exist or talking about problems when then they should be looking for solutions.
Trust me one day soon, when you least expect it....you'll accidentally on purpose bump into Mr Right.

Well, he is leaving home on the 18th but does arrive in Larnaca only on the 20th. Adding the 9 hours time difference, we both are right.

I'm 54 going to 55. I feel that I have not changed since I was 17. I'm the same person as I was before. True I gained pretty much life experience....but, that's all. I do not feel any different than I used to when I was young, and I do not think I should be treated as or I should feel second class citizen of the world because of that, the opposite. And I do not think my age could make more difficult finding a partner than it was ever before. What's you opinion on that?
