The first long weekend of the summer begins (32)
In response to: Well everyone, spring/summer has been a long time coming,any special long weekend plans ? Fireworks are always a good fav for us
I barbecued on my new barbecue.
I bought a new 6X6X16 ft clothes line poll. And thanks to the stranger who put it in his truck and drove it home for me.
Now to find someone to auger the hole and put it up...OH! son-in-law.
And best of all got some.....each to their own on how to Celebrate Queen Victoria's birthday....

Gee time goes to fast when you are having fun, one second we are doing the bbq and the next it is raining ,snowing depends on where you live, bring back the sun please.
here it is winter///so far the count is third transmissiuon and the second motor this summer //good thing i like the truck..we now have bout 10 inches snow at camp an i boughht a 94 chev 4x4 to get in ang out of camp this winter. mt dog still stinks my new ol lady is pretty good an i think my long awaited divorce will happen nov 29

Hello Gordy, Robin here, I haven't chated with you yet but have chated with Kim some and of course big bad Brew.I do like the sun but also like the snow. Would you mind sending some pictures of the new fallen snow when you get a minute,all we seem to get here in Surrey is rain and alot of it. Hope all is well with you and yours. Thanks cheers

I think seeing big bad Brew is so afraid of snow and yes he is a wus, we should duct tape him as hood ornament on the hood of Brains truck and send him on little trip up to where eyes or Gorde are, what do you think?

Just to clarify - the 10 inches of snow gordy is braggin' about is at higher elevation. Downtown whitehorse is yet to keep snow - alot of rain and sleet and wind! Wish it would snow all ready - hate cold rain! but then again, milder weather is easier on the heating fuel and it is nice not to have to scrape windows yet.
