I know exactly what you mean. When I met the ladies in my picture, I could not of asked for more, they were fantastic. They brought life to the City of London.

What a pair of Sweethearts....have just materialized out of the realm of the Imagination and into the bright land of flesh and blood. Realer than real.
Lunch lasted three hours and could have gone on well into the cocktail hour(which comes early in these parts) But they had to be off,bound for Virginia and another CS rendezvous.
Naturally,Sue did most of the talking. A charming,gracious lady.
And such a fine gentleman is her myrmidon...(yeah,I know,it's a 50 cent word but it's descriptive in this case) I had to wonder where Ken kept his sword and shield.
Guess I'm going to have to start taking this site seriously...
I mean,after all,A total of 5 CSers have become manifest to me so far...
Once I played the role of Advocate to She who could not speak for herself just then....Uplifting to see Another come back from the edge...
And One is a brother I had not met until lately. A most unlikely familiarity...,but obvious when we recognized it....On the River...
Most keenly,..A Darling who was connected to me by a silver thread...the long-awaited,spirit-kin Love of my life...I knew her for long, but only now her face and her name......Oh,what a Wonder!
And now these new shadows have likewise become indelible.
You may see them passing by in search of America.Know them by the patina on their faces.It's not sunburn.

They have been together for over a week and now travelling up to Virginia together on a road trip.
Summer is going to hang out in the woods with me for the weekend!

I am soooooo envious of her. She lives in the most beautiful place. We sat on the porch this morning drinking coffee, looking at the mountains and watching the horse in the pasture and the kittens playing around on the porch with us

Yeah, being this far north and west has it's disadvantages at times. Just be thsnkful it's not raining and snowing there, it's supposed to here at some point over the next few days.
