I know a man who is genuinely deaf and when his wife begins talking a lot and nagging him he turns his hearing aid off
Yes, they lie about age. Don't know why because look anyway older. 
I think people must have something "in reserve", not show photoshoped pictures here, lie about age etc. If friendship start with lies so what next?

Almost everybody lies about something at some time. I don,t think being a lying rat is gender specific. Hey,animals don,t lie,think I,ll stick to animals.
