Has English suddenly become the national language of Europe, or are they just being polite about how disinterested they are??
English is the language of the polital and business world, thus spoken by many. Most dating sites are American and they speak
English as you know. There are some dating sites that deal within their own country such as the German site Scout24 one.

Piece of cake GM. For instance if she lives in Italy, I could fly there in less than an hour. I've spent more time in rush hour traffic than that, so no worries for me. Spain, Greece all short distances by air. I'm a big believer in the fact that if you want something bad enough, you'll go the extra mile to get it.

Yeah it makes me wonder. The fact that sometimes they only want to meet someone from within 100 or 200 miles of their home town gets me too. 90% of the European profiles are written in English, so 90% of the time, the native peoples of the countries use only English to communicate? Not so is it, so why I'm wondering would you use English if you're only looking locally in a country where English is a second or third language?
