no....I`m grasping life with both hands..you are in control of how you feel and how you react to life situations..too many people focus all their time on the bad/negative things in life that they miss the good things...take a wee rest ..change your bad/negative thoughts in to something good..good luck to you..X...there is a nice life out there if you want it..

Watch a program about the trash pickers in other lands. Even with all the troubles, we have it better.
There is a difference in amount and quailty.......and in the harder you try and the better.
Take a break, make plans and goals, create excitment, write down what you want and list all you need to do......empty your mind on paper. Then contiune the better.

relax and do another thing. Get back to whatever you're doing when you're ready to take it on again.

I was feeling like that some days ago but now I managed to snap out of it with the help of genuine CS friends.
Just don't swim upstream all the time. Sometimes you can and should go with the flow.
