I don't know your story, but I personally wouldn't approach her unless you think you have a good chance with her (and it seems to me, if you did, she'd still be chatting with you and not with this new guy) but, I DEFINITELY wouldn't approach the guy. What's he got to do with the decisions she makes regarding her own personal life?

I agree with Native on this .... I think that you are possibly only get up going to get hurt again. She has moved on .... you need to as well. Personally it just sounds like too many games - and love isn't like that. If you truly love someone you make the decision to be with them - and the reality is that she is not with you because she made the decision to move onto another relationship. You need to let go.
