Like Venere said, Many a true word is spoken in jest, so until you know someone you need to be careful of what you say. It takes a long time on these forums to understand the SOH of others, not all have the same. We don't all laugh at the same jokes.

The friend and I met up at a social tea-party gathering ..... and I asked her "So, how is Hairy Catherine these days?" ....... and was met with a thundering silence and everyone looked at me like I was totally insane! It was REALY a thunderous silence! Mouths dropped open! I was SO RUDE!
