Let's say you have a good education, excellent work experience so you get a good job. But straight away on your very first day at work your own secretary stars badmouthing you really loud. Now, this secretary doesn't speak a proper German or English (office language), has no clue what an Excel sheet is but she does sleep with big boss. What would you do in such a situation? confused

You either speak to that person in private, and if you cannot resolve the issues there, then you should consult someone in the HR Department.

If there's only one big boss, I'd keep your mouth closed.

Sadly, big boss rules here :( and I'm quite sure he wants to keep such a good secretary... I've already heard from other departments too that she does the same with all of them and since he got here 2 years ago nobody could do anything about her. By noon I got to the point of actually considering which one would be more effective, valium or an XDM 45... frustrated

Slyly put weight gain powder in all of her drinks. I'll bet she doesn't have the same hold over the boss when she's a size 20.

I'd try sort it out in a professional way if not I'd keep my options open elsewhere simple.
