There are many sites with women who would do almost anything to escape their country of origin and live in the US or Canada.

I would suggest one of the Russian sites like Russian Marriage. There are literally thousands of women in Russia that are tired of the alcoholic men in their countries (with a collapsed economy from the fall of communism many turned to heavy drinking). Join one of the sites and find out. I am not sure of the costs but you would probably be directed to fly over there and meet some of the women you choose to meet. No one in their right mind buys a pig in a poke (an unknown quantity and quality) and you would see the women in their native background. Some men have been disappointed in their choices as they felt they were just used to get into the states or Canada but you will have to judge for yourself.

You've got no guarantee that she'll stay with you once she gets her papers, also not to mention the possible heartbreak , you'll also suffer monetary loss, I'd look elsewhere if I were you. JMO

There are agencies here, and no doubt in many other places, to assist women who have come to this country under those circumstances to achieve divorce and property settlement efficiently and quickly.
Not to say that they are set up expressly as a means to an end, but there would have to be many instances of this for agencies to exist and continue operating.

But that's the point darlin'.... here on these sites at least there a lot less headaches... and paperwork. I do hear your want of a mate, but you have to do your homework just like the rest of us... you have to know yourself, know what are willing to give to get what you want, then you have to maintain it. It can never be the attitude "Hey I married you, so be happy with what I dish out". 
I wouldn't call the mail order option a 'relationship' or a cure for divorce... divorce starts with US. Relationships require mutual commitment and compromise, respect and consideration, if one or the other isn't willing to do the work, unions crumble.

Because some of these women are living in utter poverty.. why wouldnt they want a better life? This is one way to have a better life, with more opportunities, a chance to feel safe, raise a family, maybe support their own families back home, get an education if they have been denied that.

Because, since the opening up of the west to countries such as Russia, Ukraine, China etc, they see the west as a land full of wealthy successful people, a land of milk and honey, this is generated by western movies, Tv and media in general.
My students, all intelligent, truly believe that American families all live in 5 bedroomed houses with 3 cars, a pool and staff to run the home, even the English text books we use perpetuate this belief, when I explain the reality they are disappointed.
However, that said, even a lowly factory worker in the west has on average a better lifestyle than many from the eastern block.
If you are honest when communicating with ladies from Russia etc, explain the true way of life, that will sort the wheat from the chaff, there are hundreds if not thousands of successful marriages produced from these sites, honesty and communication are the key factors. IMO
