shikoomuch: Is very nice of u to have noted what Rytch have said about this being a dicussion thread plus much more, i don't think is rude i just asked those who ever want to go on the theory well, those who think is bogus can leave it. Is my opinion Why trying to get things out of context. I think everyone has the right to share whatever they consider okey, and i am not bothered much, i feel okey with myseif i don't think very harmful to anyone and i also respect those who have over reacted, period.

I will say this though ....... those people who drink warm water are a much better looking type of person than those who drink alcohol,tea,coffee!!!!!
You have only to look at the complexions of the Shakers, Mormons, and my old mother (she is dead now so her NOW complexion doesn`t count anymore, but it did when she was alive) .... to see the difference!
The skin is softer looking, smoother looking, and full of health!
Warm water is VERY good for the body! The pity is that we do not drink it!
It has nothing, per sé, to do with health ... merely with how our skin looks!

I thoroughly agree Smoky.... and so would my mum too if she were around
My mum was a great believer that you should start your day with a warm drink...
In the days when I used to commute to work, I was never one for having breakfast before dashing out of the house, but mum would always insist that I should at least have a warm drink in my stomach (bless her)....
Instead of tea of coffee, I find that warm water with a slice of lemon - or a few drops of lemon juice is a great way to wake the body up and start the day... nice fresh taste and good for the skin ....
