Last year I went to a costume store and said I wanted to go as Adam, so I needed a fig leaf. The clerk brought me out one, but I said it was too small, so she brought me out a bigger one, but I said it was still too small, she then brought me out this HUGE fig leaf, but I complained it was still too small. Finally she looked at me and said, "Take my advice, just sling it over your sholder and go as a gas pump".

The Celts believed the souls of the dead roamed the streets and villages at night. Since not all spirits were thought to be friendly, gifts and treats were left out to pacify the evil and ensure next years crops would be plentiful. This custom evolved into trick-or-treating.

Hello Kim this might interest you. I have to inform you of the up coming death of Brew, because of the major scare he gave me on Halloween night turned my hair white,and aged me another 50 years as if I am not old enough all ready. Once I have made the final arrangements I will give you more information. So T.T.F.N. In lieu of flowers have a beer or your favorite drink.
