For sure in a Bar, but I guess that goes without saying.
Yes,I believe so,but sometimes I think it has more to do with a person's pride,you know,like a person will have in mind certain ideal ways in which to meet someone and if s/he meets someone wonderful in a way in which s/he does not think ideal,and is uncomfortable telling people they met that way,that for sure has an impact on the relationship.
