Maybe if you explain why you are feeling so low we can give you words of encouragement.Its hard to under stand when we don't know whats going on you no.Maybe after a good nights sleep you will feel better,we all have lonely moments,around the holidays it gets worse.
Theres days when we think its bad,then i see people suffering threw each day and realize how lucky i am.Count your blessings,think of positive things,instead of what ever it is,seems to make each day easier.

I agree..Also for every minute we allow someone to make us unhappy is a minute in time we will never get back..
Life is too short to let anyone take our happiness away.
I had to learn the hard way that to get happiness we need to help create it first within ourselves..Another thing about human nature is, most people are attracted to someone who is smiling and happy..If we want love or friendship we have to overcome our disappointments in life and put on a happy brave face to others to be open to receive the smiles back..Smile and the world will smile with you..

Good sentiments and well said; however, sometimes it is not others but ourselves that make us unhappy to varying degrees. It can range from something we did or something that we have not done and whatever it is, we cannot undo it or take it back and we do not get second chances. Sometimes it is a simple as an introduction gone totally wrong and there is no second chance to make a first impression; you can put on the happy faces you like but inside you know and it will eat away at you. Time may heal, but then again it may not and 'it' will fester, there in an anguished corner of your heart. Sometimes, there are things that we cannot deal with and cannot find solace from...

I agree and sometimes the hardest thing for any of us is to admit when we make or made mistakes in a relationsip or friendships.. Not necessarily to beat ourselves up over it but to learn from it..I suppose we all have coping mechanisims but I found out that lashing out at others does not make it better.. Moving on and focus on happier things helps me. Some people dont get over hurts or heartaches because the anger feels good to them at the time, but all it does is just eats you up inside and isolates you from a better life..Just putting my opinion up because it has helped me in the past to learn from this..maybe it could help someone else too?------ This thread is Archived ------
