) and there were about 12 in the packet! Am i just a gannet? ( Scottish for a greedy git) or are serving sizes totally unrealistic?

Funny that you posted this, I was using stumbleupon earlier and this was one of the things that it spit out for me, its about portion sizes and how they've actually gotten larger over the years.
MSN74: I find if you buy a six pack of crisps, they have fewer crisps than if you buy a single packet in the shop.

There isnt a pick on you, stop worying about these silly things... Eat what you want, as much of it as you want and exercise.. Serving sizes for me are unrealistic, i have a big appetite and eat 6 serving sizes for me dinner alone, yet i can lose weight easily eating this much
