What does Christmas mean to you? the parties? wine, ? food? friends? family? celebrations? shopping? Xmas tree?
But do you ever reflect on Christ himself, have you ever tried to be a little like him? full of unconditional love...? are we living in a kind of world he intended us to live? full of love for others? are we following his foot steps? or at least trying to? If not, then we have to accept that cgristmas is no more than a one night stand party...
Christ was not born in December. The wisemen came to see Christ whenb he was a toddler of about 2 years old not as a babe in a manger. Dec. 25 was pagan and the mother church place a spin on it to absorb it. Most of Christmas traditions are based on pagan beliefs and traditions.
I am not being mean....just telling it like it is for your understanding. Study it!

To me it's just another holiday. I'll be spending the day at my sisters house.
I used to get into it just for the kids but they are grown and on their own now. Not even going to bother putting the tree up this year. Just not into it this year

Merry Christmas
I don't think you need, friends, family , food, parties or gifts to feel in the Christmas Spirit....It's something that lives inside you. To me it's about setting your differences aside and if but for one day, feeling love for all those around you and feeling the love that they have for you.
To me Christmas is for the children. I love to see their faces on Christmas day. It's also all about helping out those that are less fortunate then ourselves and promoting the spirit of giving. Like helping serve food to the homeless at a shelter. or giving a child a toy who would not have gotten any at all.
Also, if you're able to, it's about spending a romantic day with that special someone. Let them know that you really love him/her and how special they are. Having a hot cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or (as she prefers) a nice cup of hot tea in the morning. Kisses and hugs have a special meaning on Christmas morning and I hope that one day we can experience the feeling as one.
I will be spending Christmas day with family and all the food, the noise, and football on TV.
C'mon you know that isn't true. Get down on your knees and pray Santa is a woman who likes a man holding a plate of cookies and a glass of milk in the other hand. And that he is stark naked. HO! HO!

Christmas to me is a very naughty woman who makes me laugh.
