If you are selling that seems a pretty stupid question to ask here because if you knew the property market not just in Europe but the world you would answer your own question.
After you have answered it come to meet me in Portugal, bring 3.6 million Euros with you and you can have 12 plots ready to build luxury houses, that is a bargain just for you as l have it on the market for 4 million....................

I'm not selling any of my inheritance i'm just the go between for a friend who is selling a house on the Dalmatian coast.Besides i worked to hard in the copper and gold mines of Western Australia for near on 20 years to blow it in Portugal. If you have it on the market for 4 mil why would you give it to a stranger for 3.6.

I'm exaggerating of course.
Yes I'm sure that Dalmatia has an infrastructure sufficient for its present needs.
But my point is, that in a depressed world economy, the capital needed to make Dalmatia into a "hotspot for tourism" is not likely to be available anytime soon.
Dalmatia could be a great tourist spot, but there are fewer and fewer tourists, and the tourist industry is struggling to survive in places like Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, etc where the tourism infrastructure is already in place. The massive investment needed to make Dalmatia competitive for the increasingly scarce tourist Euros would be a very risky investment.
In all truth, Dalmatia is better off remaining a beautiful backwater than to count too heavily on tourism. Investing in tourism is like investing in the manufacture of buggy whips. The product may be fine, but there aren't enough customers.
