Chat option (10)

New to CS, I'm still trying to figure out, how to initiate chat window, it does not give me option click to open a chat box even though I see other user(s) is/are online. Any help/suggestion would be appreciated...

You may as well forget about the IM here, its probably not coming back. As for the lack of water...... may I suggest opening a bottle of something tastier.
