Justice.

What clear amount of quilt to a hideous and muderous act can one have...than to be caught at the scene with the weapon of murder
and injury in hand. With a number of eye witness that were all there.

So?

In the Gabriel Gifford case.....finding the guilty party (Jarel Loughlen) is not going to be hard for a jury to convict. For a prosecution to make a a overwhleming case. Or a Defense to keep Loughlen from life or from the death sentence

But!

With the Pina Country Sherriff Dupnik....saying the political right rheotoric of the country that brought this left wing liberal to shooting the Conservative DEM REP Gifford. Justice is to be enclusive to parties that have little or nothing to do with Louglens act.

Instead of making him alone stand for his acts, todays vitriol rhetoric has decided to hold millions actountable for the murderous act of one man. One man that was politically affliate as a INDENPENT and did not vote in the 2010 election. The only election that he legally could vote in at the age of 22.

Louglens's smile as he entered the court in the first pre trial hearing...should tell both liberal, conservative and all Americans...everything that they need to know about his motives and about his reasoning for this act. That sick smile says clearly, I did this this to cause more chaos in your society and lives. To grieve you over a incident so horrendous and so bewildering, to cause national pain and scaring.

Every DEM that mentions and connects Palin, Rush L's, OReilly, Beck and other right wing political pundits, plays right into the Louglhien's plan for this national pain and sorrow. Every REP and conservative that connects Obama, Ayers, Biden and other left political pundits plays into the same plan of Louglhen.

The OP is posted. But I will not participate. I am not going to let Louglhen win.

I still think they will convict although it's been made harder.
There would be a national outrage, even among Democrats if he doesn't do life in prison (at minimum).
