Yes, its kinda weird at first, until you realize you can use their former space! laugh providing that they have taken most of their stuff with them!

Yes,i took it hard when my daughter got married,it was almost like a death in the family,i was lost for a while till i got used to it,she was a only child.comfort bouquet

Buying clothes for your kid: $100
planning for the school of your kid: $20000/per year (if u are lucky)
watching your kid grow up and getting out of his room after turning it into a 'stinky' hole: PRICELESS!

For everything else, there is NO mastercare anymore( so u are pretty much screwed for now)

its hard for some people to understand,that a child can be the center of your world.You take care and worry about them for years,then you have to learn to let them fly on their own,and trust that they will be safe.
You can't keep them for ever...just think want be to long before you will be spoiling your grand kids.grin

Very true, and it does get easier with time passing. I remember when I moved out of home myself, I was visiting like crazy at first because I missed it so much. Everything takes time to adjust.

True, but I think that we also have to do that as well. Family life for me didn't turn out any way how I'd planned either, but we simply make the best of what has been dealt.
